Jaguar Lives! is a 1979 Spanish-American action film directed by Ernest Pintoff and starring Joe Lewis, Christopher Lee, Donald Pleasence and Barbara Bach. Its plot follows a secret agent who battles an international drugs ring. James Bond-style plot, after his partner is killed, a secret agent and karate expert (Joe Lewis) sets out to defeat an international drug cartel.

Robert Oliver Ragland (July 3, 1931 – April 18, 2012) was an American film score composer, best known for his soundtracks to numerous genre films ranging from blaxploitation (Abby), to horror (Mansion of the Doomed, The Supernaturals), to monster movies (Q, Grizzly), to thrillers (10 to Midnight) and action films (Assassination, Messenger of Death). Prey (1977), Confessions from the David Galaxy Affair (1979) and Jaguar Lives! (1979).
Ragland, Robert O. was not a very popular music composer, but friend Lalo Schifrin enjoyed most of his music and both worked together. Ragland was originally from Chicago, Illionis. He had spent time advertising in Hollywood to gamble into his musical talents. Playing the piano at age five, Ragland set a tone for music interest. During his school years he organized dance bands and graduated from Northwestern University. Ragland got a job with working for the Dorsey Borthers Orchestra
