The title is a reference to the Twilight Zone episode "To Serve Man". All tracks written by David Astor, Troy Oftedal, and Travis Ryan. Travis Ryan – vocals. Josh Elmore – guitar. Juan Urteage – engineering, mastering. Mike Blanchard – assistant engineering. Wes Benscoter – cover art. Brian Ames – graphic design. Ryan Loyko – photography. Myke Miazio – band logo.
All in all, To Serve Man would have been an above-average extreme metal album if it wasn't for the god awful drumming and I would have likely given it a score by the high 70s or 80s if it didn't feature percussion as monotonously awful. I can say at least that To Serve Man is not horrible and it's not exactly an album I would call "bad" either. They're a suburb band, but with skinswork like this, it just doesn't work
To return what was Before Eve and Adam Babylon and Sodom The trampling foot of man Men, women and children shall be strung Sliced from hands to feet Innards save for a tasty treat and beaten profusely to tenderize the meat. AAAAAHHHHH! The stench of the populace!

The 2002 album To Serve Man saw controversy in Germany, where distribution company SPV refused to handle the album due to its graphic cover. The cover of the 2004 album Humanure, featuring a cow excreting human remains, was reportedly censored without permission from the label in some outlets. The tracking for the album was announced to have been completed on February 14, 2015.
