Psalm 29 'Afferte Domino' (from St. Paul Psalter). Disc: 3. Psalm 30 'Exaltabo te, Domine' verses 1-6 & 12-end (Lloyd) verses 7-11 (Scott) (from St. In te, Domine, speravi (Psalm No. 31), for chorus (from the St. Beati, quorum (Psalm No. 32) (from the St. Paul Psalter), for chorus. Of course, the choir of St Paul's is to be congratulated for producing such an important work, whether your interest is musical, historical, devotional or for group listening. Having said that, the first CD, and I expect the rest, sounds very poor when played on my conventional-quite good-stereo; the St Paul's reverberations made everything sound quite muddy: hearing details was impossible. It sounds much better through even inexpensive headphones and played thru the Windows media player. I love St Paul's rendering of the Ps. These came in good time and as promised.
