Hell on Earth is the third studio album by East Coast hip hop duo Mobb Deep, which was first released on November 19, 1996, on Loud/RCA/BMG. The album is largely a continuation of Mobb Deep's previous album, the critically acclaimed The Infamous. The album is produced by Mobb Deep and also features guest appearances by emcees Nas, Raekwon, Method Man, and frequent collaborator Big Noyd. The album stands out for its acclaimed singles ".

Although it's reported that "Drop a Gem on Em" was recorded before Pac passed away, the track didn't see an official release until two months after he died, which was seen by some as a tasteless move on the part of Mobb Deep and Loud Records.

Mobb deep got some skill no doubt. But if you dont know rap history you wouldnt know who they are dissing. On the other hand Pac came straight for their necks with his diss so Hit em up is no doubt a harder diss track. This song here is more of a clever diss using word play and lyrical skill with that east coast 90s grime on it. It all depends on what you look for in a diss track when you say which is better.
